Stonehaven Running Club rewards its members for their performances in four different ways. For more information, click on the appropriate header.
The Stonehaven Running Club Championship is competed for over a number of races in a season with points being awarded depending on the runners' finishing position in the races. The male and female winners are those who finish the season with the most points.
The Stonehaven Running Club Improvers Cup is competed for over a number of races on the same course each summer. Points are awarded depending on the runners' improvement over the course with the cup being awarded to the runner with the most points.
The Stonehaven Running Club Standards measure a runners' performance against levels of performance based on age and gender. Runners can be awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze standards depending on their level of performance.
Star Award
Each year, Stonehaven Running Club awards one of its members the Star Award to recognise someone who has been inspirational to other members in a running capacity.
Historical records of the winners of these awards can be found on the Roll of Honour
